Our beautiful, 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom home awaits you! Do you want to listen to the ocean waves and see serene, expansive views of the Gulf of America, while relaxing on the HUGE 16' deck! Then this is the house for you! Just steps to the sand! High Speed Internet too! This home has everything you need for a great vacation!

Unique, 2 Primary Bedroom design gives you plenty of space for adults, each with their own ensuite and queen beds. There is also a super cute bunk room that will sleep 5 with a twin over twin and a twin over full, as well as another queen room and a pullout couch in the living room. (you could even fit up to 14 people if someone slept on the love seat couch.) The 3 queen bedrooms have wall mounted flat screen TV's with Roku. The bunk room has a wall mount TV as well so so your kiddos can plug in their video game console if they have enough of the sand and surf. All bedrooms, as well as the living areas have power charging stations to plug in your electronics. Just bring your cord.
The beautifully designed kitchen is large and has everything you'll need to make your stay great. It's fully equipped with all the dishes, pots, pans, appliances and gadgets you'll need. The counter and dining room seating gives you plenty of room. The seating in the living room is great as well and the vaulted ceilings makes everything feel very open. Fully furnished with bedding, blankets, pillows and towels. It even has a hair drier. All you need to do is bring yourselves, clothes, food and personal effects! House has outdoor shower and plenty of seating under the house as well. Enjoy that while you BBQ up your dinner on our charcoal grill.
The home has stairs and an ADA approved ramp leading to the 16’ deck. Off the deck, you will enter into an open living/dining/kitchen area with a vaulted ceiling. The four bedrooms are to the rear. The hall bath & laundry area are easily accessible off the hall. This home is one of the favored floor plans for beach homes in the area. You are a short stroll to seaside restaurants. Other bars, restaurants and liquor stores are a short drive away. Disclosure: There are video cameras outside so we can monitor the house because we live in another state part time.

Wonderful Home and Location
We were looking for a peaceful long weekend close to the beach and this was the perfect place! House was very comfortable and had everything we needed. There were so many thoughtful touches as well - plenty of chargers, beach towels for our use and even beach toys and boogie boards to borrow. Our senior dog appreciated the ADA ramp, it was also helpful for coolers and our wagon. Literally steps from the sand, waves and Gulf breeze! Lots of swimming, long walks and kite flying. Grandkids LOVED IT!
The host was so great! We had rented a different property that had to cancel on us the day before check-in, Tami was able to get things done quickly and we stayed on schedule for our trip! My husband and I planned to bring 3 of our grandkids for their first trip to the beach - our 20 year old ended up joining us and even with the extra person we were comfortable, we had everything we needed and the house was lovely. The grandkids joined us on day 2 and we about never got them off the beach!! They were having so much fun my daughter and son in law decided to stay with us instead of driving back to Waco. We had a BLAST!!! Thanks so much for all of your help with figuring the TVs out and everything else.

There were so many concerns due to the hurricane , but she made answered every one and made sure the property was in excellent condition before we arrived. Excellent beach spot
The house was clean, nice and very close to the beach. It was far enough away from things that it felt peaceful for the mornings and evenings, but if you wanted to go out, there were several restaurants within walking distance. Some with live music. Being steps from the beach was great for when some family members were tired and wanted to go back in. Property manager was also very friendly and communicated quickly. We didn't have any problems, but the hurricane was on its way and she kept us up to date with evacuation notices and news. We would defintely stay here again.

This is an awesome house in a great location on Surfside Beach. Just steps to the beach and walking distance to a couple of the restaurants on the beach. House is well stocked and was a perfect size for 4 adult couples. Owners are very responsive as well. I highly recommend this rental!

Nice place for a family Vacay
I especially enjoyed sitting on the upper deck with a gentle breeze. We were unable to use the Roku TVs in the bedrooms as we didn't have our password or code. Didn't know we were supposed to bring that. We were sorry we were unable to use the dishwasher since they were waiting on a part for repair. Other than that it was pretty well furnished & stocked for our needs. We did appreciate the wooden walkway bridge that led us to the beach. That was definitely a plus.

This is our third year to stay here. We love it and will continue to stay in this house every year. The house is pretty, well-kept, and comfortable. The location is great too. Most of all, we love Tami and Eric. They are really nice people and always respond so quickly if we have a question.

Book this before someone else does!
This rental is a find! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely come back again. We wanted something close to the beach and this house is only a few steps away. The walkway made it easy for beach access. It was also close to the corner store, restaurants, and the fishing pier. The home is decorated beautifully and accommodated our large family. It’s very spacious, beds were accommodating, and has 3 full baths, so there was no fighting over bathroom use. Linens and towels were provided with enough toilet tissue. The kitchen had everything we needed… can opener, pots & pans, serving bowls/platters, cooking & eating utensils, basic spices, coffee mugs, and plates. Everything you might need, the kitchen was stocked with. The welcome pail on top of the counter was a sweet gesture and had coffee/hot chocolate pods, extra trash bags, a sponge, a couple of clothes washing pods, and most importantly, a bottle opener so you can drink your beer! My nieces used the pail to play with on the beach and to collect seashells. It’s yours to keep! I have to mention the next door neighbor, who was the kindest gentleman. He was extremely friendly & helpful and the kids and my mom loved him! He actually helped us make a campfire so we could roast marshmallows on the beach. It was a great memory for my kids, nieces, and nephews to remember on this short trip. He even gave my mom seashells as souvenirs…just an overall nice guy! I highly recommend this place!

Great Weekend Getaway!
We were really happy with this property! It was very clean and had a great layout for two families. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of seating for eating as well as hanging out in the living area. The proximity to the beach was really nice and the views are great. The large front porch was a really fun place for our teenagers to play corn hole. The owner was very responsive to any questions. We would definitely recommend this place and stay here again!
