Clean, quiet, cozy, AC worked soooo good. We cant wait to go back and stay there again.

Enjoyable stay! The condo was clean, comfortable and quiet and had all the necessary amenities. There was hot water, A/C and all the necessary appliances, and everything was in good working order. The condo was close to the beach and an on-site restaurant, and the pool and beach and restaurant were wonderful! The condo owner was very helpful and pleasant to work with, and she was very timely in all communications.

Very nice, clean, and exactly as described and it was perfect for us. Beach was perfect. We enjoyed walking each morning and walked to Lucaya Market Place several times.

10 day stay

I remember the property well from when I used to visit there quite a few years ago I really liked it then, and it has actually improved, with a very nice restaurant in the pool area. The beach is one of the nicest on the island and the property and the grounds. Are extremely well kept. Enjoyed my stay greatly, and nothing but good things to say about my communications with the host, which were always answered promptly and clearly.

Freeport Vacation

I stayed here from January 16 until March 24th 2023. I really enjoyed my stay at the Coral Beach Condos as everyone was very friendly and helpful. Having the Laroc bar and restaurant nearby was great. The food was excellent and the staff was great. The condo I had was a good place to stay. The kitchen was updated and it was very nice. However, there are few things lacking in the kitchen such as no oven mitts, the pots need to be replaced and the frying pan was useless. The bathroom was very nicely done and had a nice walk in shower. There needs to be "shower caddy" supplied as there is nowhere to leave your shampoo, etc except on the floor of the shower. I had a hard time with that as I have a bad hip and it was hard for me to reach stuff. Also the shower stall should have safety bars installed. There was ample closet space for my belongings. The living room was a comfortable space and there numerous tv channels to chose from. I enjoyed relaxing on the balcony as I sit there in the mornings to watch the birds and have my coffee. I enjoyed watching the sun set in the evenings and got some really awesome pictures. It was a great way to end the day. However, the balcony furniture set should replaced soon. The cushions on the chairs need to be washed or replaced and the chairs and table are rusting. There is a new a/c unit in the condo, but the owner should provide a fan or a screen door on the main entrance. This would help with air circulation.

The studio condo was perfect for two. We ate breakfast each day on the balcony which was shaded until the afternoon. The unit had everything we needed. Nice pool, restaurant had good food, friendly staff and the beaches were beautiful! Everyone we met was very helpful. The owner was very responsive and easy to deal with. We’ll be back next year!!

Nearest Grocery Store. $20 round trip for a taxi!

The condo had the nicest furniture I have ever seen but the host or cleaning person left one roll of toilet paper. I spent $20 round-trip for a taxi to get toilet paper and dish soap. The complex has a bus that goes to the store on Thurs. for $4 but I couldn’t wait that long. There were no small market places that you could walk to nearby. There was no dish soap in the kitchen and very soap in the bathroom. The host needed to furnish a shampoo/soap holder in the shower. You had to place all your shower items on the floor of the shower. I just had hip surgery so that wasn’t pleasant. The bed was very comfortable but I would suggest new pillows. I think it might be time to replace the batteries in the remotes for the tv. I use VRBO and Airbnb for the two months of Feb. & March every year. I know what food to pick up at the grocery store on the way to a unit. I have been traveling like this for the last eight years . Several weeks before I arrived I asked the host if I could shorten the trip for one day because Silver Airline changed my flight. I asked her at the time if I could get a credit on my account for the one day. After a very long wait, she finally responded that I could. During my stay I emailed her several times about when I was getting a credit. She never responded during the eight days I was there. It has been three days since I’ve been out of the unit and I still have not received my credit. It is such a shame that the condo is so well furnished but the host doesn’t spend less than $20 for the bare necessities. The condo complex is right on the water with a fine pool, bar and restaurant. All the office employees are very friendly as were all the people staying there. I met a lot of really nice people at the bar during dinner at night. I hope my post suggests a few changes that will make your stay an enjoyable one.

Thank you for your review, Dave! I appreciate all of your suggestions. Few points I have to clarify though: 1. Our cancellation policy clearly states the cancellations and refunds rules. I have received your date change on January 23, and you arrived on the 9th, which falls into 50% refund category(14 - 30 day cancellation). I have still instructed VRBO to refund 100% for your date change. 2. owners do not handle security deposits and credit cards, VRBO does that and we receive money after you arrive. I have no control over VRBO 's processing times. 3. unit supplies: in my listing, it is very clearly listed what is and what is not supplied. You are renting furnished space, not a hotel room. Would stay at this condo again but most likely another unit if availiable

The room itself was as expected it was clean and spacious enough for my wife and myself. Pots and pans need to be replaced as all were scratched up very badly. Only two pots and one skillet were actually usable. The restuarant and pool bar that were advertised were closed down and parking was an issue since their main lot was under repairs so we had to park on the street. They did have security on site that patrolled outside the condo. Unit itself is in need of some cosmetic repairs there are several cracks in the finish of the ceiling and walls and the doors should probably be replaced. The property itself was well maintained and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Nice pool and private access to beautiful beach. All in all a good stay and since we spent very little time indoors was adequate for our stay

The location is perfect, the condo itself is very clean and in good condition. The beach bar on location makes good food and the beach huts come in handy. Overall a great place to stay.
