1st room was very dirty. Trash left in bathroom from prior guests, extremely stained and dingy feeling carpets. Smelled. Front desk attendant came up and said "It does even smell THAT bad". Um. It shouldn't smell at all. They moved us to another room but it was like we were being unreasonable. Had stated there before without problems so was very disappointed with this room and staff.

Hi Tosha, I sincerely apologize for the experience you should not have had at our hotel. Moving you to another room was what they should have done, but the statement that it doesn't smell that bad was unacceptable. Upon further investigation, the clerk you dealt with is no longer with us due to issues like that.Please feel free to call me personally the next time you wish to stay, and I will make sure we house you properly.

Over night stay

This is a very nice hotel. Rooms are clean. They offer a nice breakfast. Staff is friendly.
