Dolphin Views - On the beach!

Dolphin Views is an 2 bedroom one bath beach cottage right on the beach with amazing ocean views, you may even see dolphins!!

Take time out of city life and sit on the deck with your favorite beverage and enjoy the views out to sea and watch for dolphins playing in the ocean.

With just a few steps to the beach this home is ideal for family's and fishermen alike.

There is a modern fully equipped kitchen - comfy queen bed in the main bedroom, twin beds in the second bedroom and a sleep sofa in the living area. With a full bathroom including a shower.

We can comfortably accommodate couples and small families.

Bed linens and towels are provided. A large washer and dryer are available to use

Watch the sunrise and sunsets from our large deck which looks out onto the beach and enjoy a homemade BBQ on our Old Smokey BBQ grill.

Pets welcome with prior approval and paid non refundable pet fee $100

*** Surfside city water is not potable but we have a whole house filter. It is safe to bathe in and for laundry. Please bring own drinking water.

Please Note:

Max # house sleeps (occupancy) = max # of guests including day visitors allowed on the property at any time.

All those guests staying at the property must be on the resrervation. No Third Party bookings; the person booking need to be staying for the duration of the stay

***** Parking is on a nearby street not under or next to the house. ****** Pack light you will need to carry your bags/food to the house over sand approx 50ft. You can also park in front of the house on the beach and unload (you’ll need to purchase a $30/yearly beach pass. Please note the beach does get busy on holiday weekends so access maybe difficult .

Please note surfside city water is not potable, we do have an under the sink reverse osmosis unit to provide drinkable water or bring you can bring own. We also have a while house filter so safe to bathe, wash teeth and dishes with.

Hurricane/storm Policy - We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect you against the unexpected including Hurricane/storms and COVID and any other unforeseen circumstances, no refund will be issues outside of our cancellation policy, date changes are also not possible.

Property does have a camera looking at the bottom of the stairs and a camera located under the deck at the front looking at the Beach. Both have motion detectors and record.

My two friends and I stay at this house the same time every year for over 5 years! We LOVE this place. The location could not be more perfect! The house is always clean and the decorations are so cute!! Before we left we booked next year! Looking for a beach front property with an awesome big deck overlooking the ocean? Look no further! Surfside Stay
Well, the property was good, although there are a number of maintenance items that should be addressed. The destination is one we will not likely repeat (not at all a problem with the owner of the property), but the lack of drinkable water and the odor of the water from faucets made a big difference to us. The home itself is pretty well maintained....but I would recommend and update of the outdoor cushions (there's no real cushion in the cushions), replacement of a couple pots and pans would help visitors use the induction cooktop, and either replacement of or addition to cooking utensils would be a big plus! The living room was fine, the single bathroom was excellent, and the second bathroom was also in good shape.

Comfy stay!
My wife and I booked a last minute mini vacation with our German Shepherd Bella and we had a fantastic time unwinding and getting away from the city, just relaxing. Great location on top the beach and excited to come back soon!

You can't get any closer...to the beach, that is!
This was a nice little getaway for me and my kiddos. You literally can't any closer to the beach. Communication with the property manager was excellent. She even reached out to me during our trip to ensure we were enjoying our staying and had everything we needed. The hike to and from the car, for me, was a bit strenuous however I was solo with two children, if you get my drift. If you have man power or an extra adult, it'll be a walk in the park. I know my situation is a bit rare. I have no complaints and me and my kids would love to return in the future. This time I'll bring help. Lol You'll love it. ❤️

Dolphin Views--Best Location Ever!!
We had a great time in this lovely home. The location can not be beat!! The home is very comfortable, room for everyone and the kitchen had everything we needed. The hostess was in constant contact with us, answering all of our questions and being very helpful. We highly recommend this home, and we will be renting in again in the future!
