Publié le 15 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe pictures of the property obviously taken some time ago, long ago! The toilet would not shut off and I had to turn the water off at the wall. The property was so overgrown I doubt I could find a dog in the so called “fenced” yard that was missing numerous boards. One bedroom had a hole in the wall.

Sorry about the inconvenience. recent storm knocked down few boards in yard, and almost every day rainfalls makes grass overgrowing. yard mowing is scheduled biweekly. we can definitely cut grass between two week upon request. party before this rental knocked a hole on bedroom wall, we did not get chance to cover up the hole yet during back to back rental...apologies again for the inconvenience we always encourage our guest report any noticed issues during their stay so we can fix them onsite asap.

Cute and comfy
Publié le 14 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed our stay. Very close to the beach. Good views for 3rd row! Didn’t use the kitchen. Typical beach house wear n’ tear; however, the water filtration system works well (no odor) Remodeled areas are very nice. Front stairs don’t have a landing so avoid heavy luggage. And the price was great.

Our honrymoon!
Publié le 13 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayIt was a clean environment, just as its losted. A beautiful place to stay. It was clean, organized, and the communication with the host was awesome! She answered us as soon as she could and gave us clear answers to any questions we had! We definitely recomend and will stay here again if we're back in Surfside!

Publié le 7 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayThere is no water. Not enough water pressure to take a shower or make coffee. It took over 30mins to fill the coffee pot with water. There is certainly not enough to do more than 1 task at a a time AND you have to wait in between tasks for it to build up pressure again.
Having to wash the towels and linens and run the dishwasher is ridiculous given the lack of available water and also unreasonable with the 10am checkout time. Would not stay here again because of the water and laundry issues. The rest was fine.

Sorry about the inconvenience. After trouble shooting we found out water pressure dropped because of water filter downstairs was partially clogged…water pressure back to normal after we replaced the filter cartridge.
