The property and staff were great. Got woke up at 1:00 am with an alarm, that turned out to be a false alarm from someone smoking in the bathroom. The individuale responsible was identified and no actions were taken, In my opinion that individuale should have been prosecuted.

Great location, comfortable bed, pool but no hot tub. Downtown is a ghost-town, no shopping & not too many choices for food.
Hotel provided breakfast, very good!
No ubers or taxis around the area.

I was very disappointed. For $209 a night I did not expect a broken elevator and the other one you had to watch your step or fall in from tripping. Dog show was in town so lots of customers with dogs (was not told when I made the reservations) the door to the cabinet where the refrigerator is was broken, towels were thin, not as clean and up looking like other Hampton Inn Hotels. I will be returning to the city for business; but I will not be staying there. Not for $209 a night way over priced...

I loved the old property. They were in the middle of making changes to the elevator--good thing. It was a big antiquated and wasn't reliable. We did our exercise in from taking the steps up and down to the 5th floor.
