A perfect respite

ride to Galveston along the Gulf.

Check-in and Check-out process was simple and it's all about location location location.... Having a coffee on a beach deck is amazing and watching the waves was a great experience.... We will comeback soon...

Perfect getaway
Publié le 26 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe beach apartment was well appointed, and clean. Appliances are dated, but in good working condition. TVs are new and good size. Outstanding beach front on beautiful, clean sand beach. Safe, upscale neighborhood. Good restaurants near by. The multi level porches offered great views and privacy from the other units in the building. Had a relaxing holiday.
Shower temp and water pressure was a nice surprise.

Beach Front

Thank you for allowing us to host your stay! We agree this is a fantastic location with amazing views, Nooshin. And yes, while not a brand new condo building, the rates to be direct ocean and beachside correlate. Not much we can do about the village of Surfside's water utilities, but we've been told they are actively working on addressing it. However, it is an island on island time. :)

Just ok
Publié le 25 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayCheck-in was a breeze. However, the condo itself needs updates. The floor had chipping, the bathroom had several rusty areas including a completely rusted shower caddy. It seemed the condo was recently painted as their was paint splatter all over the floor and in the bathroom sink. When walking around on the deck porch the whole house seemed to sway. For the price and for alsl a service charge their are other much better condos. Would not recommend.

Hi Priscilla, thank you for allowing us to host your stay. Sorry you did not enjoy your time more right by the beach and just steps from the water. We will certainly pass along your feedback on the decor and improvements suggested to the owner. As for the sway, this condo building just like all the surrounding homes are on stilts, and this is by design.

Fun birthday weekend
