room very spacious and comfortable having microwave, frig and good easy wifi. Everything worked! I had a good stay.

Really, reall close to perfect

The lady at checkin was very pleasant, checkin was efficient.
The room was a wonderful surprise...clean (except they need to clean behind the bathroom door),
A few small opportunities for improvement:
1. Cookware in a kitchenette would have been nice. I had to pay $25 for a skillet next door. Plus I had to buy plates, bowls, flatware, cookware, salt & pepper, etc. Costed me close to $100. At least warn people when theyre booking a room.....
2. Also had to buy shampoo & conditioner. I could have brought all of the above HAD I KNOWN.
3. I wouldn't have had to cook if you truly had breakfast. You cant call that breakfast, really.
4. 2 towels for 2 people is not enough. Ever. 4 towels in a double room please.
You really do have a gem, there. Comfortable beds, FANTASTIC SHOWER, clean, quiet, well-lit.....you could make it amazing with a tiny bit more effort. It really wouldnt take much. Your rooms are already better than BW and they charge double.
Address the above issues and add in a few evening events...burgers on the grill...evening cocktail hour...morning hot breakfast...cookies in the office...etc.

Quality stay and service
Publié le 29 avr. 2024 sur HotelsI was pleasantly surprised when I entered the room. I was expecting an average room to stay while I was there for the Rattle Snake roundup. When I opened the door there was a big pretty king size bed nice big Tv and extremely clean. I travel as a vendor and stay at some places not to speak about but this one here made me want to write a review because of its quality remodeling and cleanliness. I’m Ok without them making the bed most hotels don't on 2 night stays what I did like is they came and refreshed the towels and left 3 bars of soap to where I wouldn’t run out, to me that’s special. Overall great stay and will definitely stay again when in the area.
