The property could be nice if there was a little more attention to detail. It is convenient to the power boats. My room was unfinished with numerous items either broken or missing. However, my biggest complaint is with the front desk clerk. After the hotel canceled my colleagues confirmed reservation, the desk charged them almost double the Expedia rate for two one bedroom apartments. To add insult to injury, she would not issue them a formal receipt. They were given a handwritten receipt.

Excellent penthouse accommodation with view of the ocean. Comfortable bedding and sitting. Friendly staff.

My stay was good , only problem the TV cannot be used because it's not subscribed for .
