Not the best customer service. Was double billed and have yet to be refunded... 2months and counting.

Dear Mr Mariano,My sincere apologies for the delayed response; I wanted to ensure that I had all the necessary information before replying. The receptionist who dealt with your reservation was away on leave and has only returned today.I believe you were informed by our Front Desk of a duplicate reservation which you were advised to cancel.As the duplicate was not cancelled it went through for invoicing to ExpediaHowever, after careful consideration we have decided to refund you the amount of the duplicate reservation and also waive any fees that may be applicable. We have communicated the above to Expedia and have urged them to process the refund as soon as possible.We would like to apologise for the length of time it has taken for us to resolve this matter and for any other inconvenience caused.We look forward to a swift reimbursement.Warm regards, Sheku KamaraManaging Director

Checked in for a deluxe room I was told it’s not available even though on hotel.com it’s available. I was charged an extra Le1570 ($66) to get a room that looks the same that I paid for. I will never recommend someone to that hotel.

The staff was lovely and the rooms were clean however the water stopped working with no notice or accurate estimate on when it would be back on.

The staff was nice and the food and location of the hotel were good. However, the hotel is in need of serious renovations.

Very efficient and pleasant hardworking staff. No working gym equipment. Old, stained mattress. We had to cover it with a plastic cover and spray it down.

December stay 2022

This hotel is outdated. I personally find that the hotels in Sierra Leone are overpriced for the conditions of the facilities. This is one of them. The highlight of our stay was the continental breakfast. It was very good. But too many flies in the dining hall! The staff in the restaurant were very nice and helpful. Overall too overpriced and needs a renovation.
