There was no internet at facility and no standby power source even though the country experience frequent and long power cuts.

We are terribly sorry and sincerely apologizing for your unpleasant experience. We actually have internet and standby power generator right in front right corner of the building before entering the hotel. The reason why the power generator wasn’t functioning well was under technical maintenance and has now been resolved, and it is now in full 100% good working condition. Again we’re so sorry for your unpleasant experience. Thank you so much for everything.

This is a good economical place to stay in Central Freetown. For the price they offer good service

Floor was dirty at first night also too expensive for the service

The floor was actually cleaned and tidied before your arrival, what you were seeing was the color and texture of the porcelain floor tiles. And the room price was actually the lowest affordable price comparing to our competitors. We truly respect your opinion and it is valuable to our growth and prosperity. The manager has good customer service skills but the property is not maintained for the price nor is it suitable for sleeping peacefully. I changed to a second room after my complaint of being scratched by wires sticking out and was first told to move me I would need to pay a different price event though the room was unsafe . I refused and show the scratch on my leg and we were moved . The second room was dirty bedsheets had hair , bathroom door hanging by one hinge so we used it without shutting it . However breakfast was included in stay and that was good and local food from restaurant was fab .
