lovely weekend
Publié le 16 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house was very clean & welcoming. Living area was compact but comfortable & had everything we needed. The loft is spacious, and there's a table up there for puzzles & games. It's open to the living space, but there's a curtain for privacy. We enjoyed exploring the walking trails. Remote location but only about 20 min to Ithaca. Wish we had more time!

Mountain Queen Cabin
Publié le 1 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayEshay’s cabin in the midst of Hammond State Forest was perfect for our anniversary getaway. It had all the amenities we wanted, along with a rustic vibe which we loved. The front porch was delightful with the morning sunrise and the evening moonrise, plus sweeping views of the forested mountains. It is a very peaceful setting with no traffic or people noise, only birds singing and the rustling of tree leaves in the breeze. There is also a nature preserve trail and a multitude of hiking/biking trails within walking distance of the cabin which we enjoyed. I would definitely stay at The Mountain Queen again. Thanks Eshay!

Relaxing retreat
Publié le 19 août 2023 sur HomeAwayI’m grateful to Eshay for allowing us to stay at her lovely cabin. We had such a great and relaxing time. It has everything you need to stay for a while and it’s in a beautiful quiet location. Eshay is a very hospitable host. The hot tub and fire pit were great and we even caught some incredible lightning while we were there. It was delightful.
