Publié le 4 oct. 2013 sur Hotelsnous avons aimé notre séjour a l'hotel tout était correct, par contre pour se qui est du service et de la nourriture du Penny's Diner s'était vraiment pas du même niveau que l'hotel.

Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. A clean quiet hotel.

The diner was cute and personable with good food. Coffee in the lobby was nice

Our room was musty smelling and the sink had a big crack in it. The paint job was patchy like they fixed some areas and painted it, but those spots were a different shade of paint. The beds were comfortable and it was quite while we were there

Staff was very unfriendly. Guy at front desk was at diner. Maintenance main tried to get ahold of him to check in. No greeting by front desk person when he came in. Bathroom light was out. Maintenance man seemed put out to try to fix. He was in bathroom saying “eff this” “you b****” over and over. We actually should have left then. Should have gotten a refund. Never fixed. No one followed up. Went back to front desk and was not greeted. Told him about light (he was eating and did not look up). Put me in a new room and only word he said to me was 204. Would not stay here again. Zero customer service.

The hotel was good for a place to sleep (what we did). There is a diner in the parking lot open 24 hours, not sure it's owned by the hotel though. No other food options on site. Staff was helpful and nice.
