Personnel fort désagréable, linges de bains sales âgé ce demander si ils avaient été changés entre deux clients
Couvertures rongées par les mites, il y avait des punaises de lits!
À déconseiller fortement !

Unprofessional staff, rang the bell twice wait 5 mins for the staff to come to front desk.
Building and facility are running down. Strong smell of mold.

Sorry for your bad experience. I asked the staff and watched video .He had gone upstairs to attend guest request.

Will not return.
Publié le 23 sept. 2024 sur HotelsMy first room was not good. It was clean, but there was black stuff around the windows, and it could not be opened. Plus, the television did not work. And the room was very warm and stuffy. The second room was better. It was still stuffy and warm, but not as bad as the first one. I was able to open the window, and the television worked. A few hours later I figured out to work the air conditioner, and that made the room much better.

Plenty of parking. Plenty of food and shopping options nearby. Easy access to freeways. The hotel smelled like weed when I walked in. It was disgusting. Room is outdated. The phone was not even connected to the phone line. Not too many plugs in the room for coffee maker and to charge my device.
