The hallway smelled weird/awful. A smiley face was drawn on the ceiling in red. A drunk/high man yelling and moving aggressively in the parking lot. Felt very unsafe.

DISCRIMINATION AND HOMELESS SHELTER
Posted Aug. 21, 2024 on HotelsI did not stay their, the room and furniture looked like a homeless and drug shelter. I noticed that the hotel put all the people of color in Building B and the well dress white couples in building A. I went back to the front desk and requested a refund and at first the clerk said I had to go through the appt I reserved through and once I informed them that I was going to contact the police, the Fremont News Paper and call the apps while on site to inform them the low budget hotels that they are co partnering with, they decided to reimburse me the room rate plus the $100.00 deposit fee, but that wasn't told to you until you checked in. I will never use these apps ever again. Discrimination will be filed again this hotel and all that support them.

The hallways smelled like dirty pet urine, very disgusting and disappointed. We couldn't sleep the first night because of the awful smells and pet dogs barking at the next door guests rooms. We cancelled our reservation for the second night and got our refund back, would never recommend this hotel.

Basically glamping

Pro- AC works like a champ!
Con- if you stay for more than 1 day you have to exchange your dirty towels for clean ones at the front desk @ building A.
No daily housekeeping
Shampoo available upon request.
No kitchen utensils/equipment already in the room.
Not even shampoo & conditioner in the rooms

Worse hotel

I had told them if they can do a first floor because from playing football have mess up back and knee. The front lady was sorry i only got 3rd floor only but it's by the elevator. Once i got my key i used the elevator the room was down the hall long walk with two lounge.
