Can’t stay there again.
The accommodation had steps and steep incline to get to front door Not suitable for 3 elderly ladies. Website doesn’t picture property properly. The beds were hard and very uncomfortable. BEWARE IF YOU ARE OLDER, HAVE DIFFICULTY WALKING OR CLIMBING STAIRS OR GET SHORT OF BREATH It was raining heavily and we didn’t go out to dinner because we couldn’t face the climb from parking area to front door which was behind the buildings. We were thankful we did not bring extra food to have to carry up.
Hefty hike from parking lot to get to front door behind the buildings.
Hope you are in shape and pack VERY light

This property needs some TLC. Furniture was old and tables were scratched up. Linens and towels need to be replaced. The balcony was filthy and needed to be pressure washed! Still, we got it for little money on a deal through Expedia, so it was worth the money we put out. In the downstairs, there is a larger, updated bath with a jacuzzi tub and a sauna. Unfortunately, we discovered it the day before we left. The upstairs bath was badly in need of updating. The beds were less than comfortable. Mattresses need replacement. I would not stay at this property again.

Incredible value for money in French Lick, and you get to use amenities at the main resort down the hill, while paying 1/3 the price. Its just a nice little apartment with a full kitchen etc.. in a beautiful wooded area for cheaper than the best western or something like that. We loved it, will be back.

Great stay at the French Lick Villas!
The stay was very nice. It was just like being at home. The Villa was well stocked with supplies, bedding, and dishes. We only had to bring the food. The parking was convenient. Overall it was a great stay. We will definitely be booking them again, if we come to French Lick. The only issue I had was the check-in was a little confusing due to checking in on a holiday, and the office was closed.

Nice condos
These condos are part of a large property. We rented a "suite" which I believe is the largest size condo. 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a pull out couch in the loft den. Set up with everything you need for a weekend or week long stay. At check in we were given a card to allow access to the French Lick hotel pool(s) plus discounts on the golf course. The Villas have a nice indoor pool with retractable roof too. These villas do sit up on a hill so be aware or ask if you have easy access parking or park and walk up stairs. Nice wooded area around the buildings. Check in office easy to deal with.
