We loved the loft overlooking the living room and fireplace, and the balconies on both levels. Lots of space for our family of six. Soft, cozy carpeting on the stairs and in both bedrooms. Large, open equipped kitchen. Hot tub and sauna in one bathroom. The ONLY thing we did not like was many of the lighting fixtures had harsh, bright white LED bulbs. We stuck to using only the ones with more comfortable warm tones. Otherwise we had a wonderful, carefree stay! Highly recommend.

The pool was broken our entire stay, which was the entire reason we came to this property was for the indoor pool. If you stay here, pack light, you have to walk up very steep steps with everything in hand to get it to your place. Once the ice hit, the steps were very slick and even the sidewalk coming to it is at a slant, so it is very dangerous. The sauna is so hot and worked great! One member did catch an infection from the sauna, the nails in the wood burned her skin, rather dangerous. The green carpet around the tub could use some updating as it seems very worn. Overall decent place for likely a summer stay, but in the winter, it is cold, dangerous, and the pool being broken was more than disappointing.

Can’t stay there again.
The accommodation had steps and steep incline to get to front door Not suitable for 3 elderly ladies. Website doesn’t picture property properly. The beds were hard and very uncomfortable. BEWARE IF YOU ARE OLDER, HAVE DIFFICULTY WALKING OR CLIMBING STAIRS OR GET SHORT OF BREATH It was raining heavily and we didn’t go out to dinner because we couldn’t face the climb from parking area to front door which was behind the buildings. We were thankful we did not bring extra food to have to carry up.
Hefty hike from parking lot to get to front door behind the buildings.

This property needs some TLC. Furniture was old and tables were scratched up. Linens and towels need to be replaced. The balcony was filthy and needed to be pressure washed! Still, we got it for little money on a deal through Expedia, so it was worth the money we put out. In the downstairs, there is a larger, updated bath with a jacuzzi tub and a sauna. Unfortunately, we discovered it the day before we left. The upstairs bath was badly in need of updating. The beds were less than comfortable. Mattresses need replacement. I would not stay at this property again.

Incredible value for money in French Lick, and you get to use amenities at the main resort down the hill, while paying 1/3 the price. Its just a nice little apartment with a full kitchen etc.. in a beautiful wooded area for cheaper than the best western or something like that. We loved it, will be back.

Great stay at the French Lick Villas!
The stay was very nice. It was just like being at home. The Villa was well stocked with supplies, bedding, and dishes. We only had to bring the food. The parking was convenient. Overall it was a great stay. We will definitely be booking them again, if we come to French Lick. The only issue I had was the check-in was a little confusing due to checking in on a holiday, and the office was closed.
