We stayed only one night during a road trip with 2 kids. Staff was kind and reactive but the hotels looks quite old and was not so comfortable compare to the other hotels we slept during our trip.
Breakfast is free but the choice is limited as well as the number of seats

Staff made the diference here
Publié le 3 août 2024 sur HotelsWhile on our way driving to check in from San Jose Airport, the hotel called. They had somehow gotten our reservation confused, and they overbooked our room type. HOWEVER, the staff went above and beyond to find us an alternate room type that accommodated our family of 5. The staff made the difference between a great experience and a miserable one (the other hotels in town were booked up for a sports event).
The room was comfortable and clean, and we'd stay here again if in Clovis. The town of Clovis was a good starting point for Sequoia / King's Canyon and Yosemite. Gas in town was relatively inexpensive for California.
Again, the staff was great here. Even the lady putting breakfast out was friendly and enjoyable to talk with. Our previous stays with other Comfort Suites has proven consistent with their staff, and we were very grateful. Other hotels could learn something from them.

Quality of the Room.
Publié le 30 juill. 2024 sur HotelsThe customer service at the front desk was great. Steven made me feel welcomed and was very professional. The C grade review is due to the quality of my room. The toilet was clogged when I arrived at my room, the lamps and pictures on the wall were crooked and the bathroom had a strange smell to it. Couldn’t put my finger on what the smell was but it was a different odor. Aside from the defects mentioned above, the staff at the front desk (morning and night) were very friendly and attentive). Decent stay for the price.

Very nice stay, lots of restaurants and there’s a bike trail nearby. Hotel was fine with everything you need.
