The room was big. Bed comfortable.

The room was fine, but the bathroom was dirty. There was hair stuck to the shower wall. The breakfast was the worst I have had at any hotel.

It felt a bit unkept- not enough towels, a missing light bulb that was never replaced although I mentioned it to the reception

The hotel first could not find our reservation. The breakfast constantly ran out of food. The hotel was run down, old, and dirty. The manager was never around. The staff did not make any effort to make us feel comfortable. I've stayed in La Quinta's prior and liked the experience but not this time. The neighborhood also was not safe so we could not walk at night.
