The room smelled bad.

TV was sitting on the desk. TV remote only worked if you were very close to the TV. Air conditioner was loud and not on the thermostat.

There were quite a few “questionable people hanging around the property. A window in the front was open with a torn curtain plaping in the wind.

No WiFi, Dirty, rude, smoke

It was quiet. But the room had dirty cracked walls & mold on the wall paper, cracks in the shower, the carpet was dirty lumpy with mystery stains. Under bed had mystery droppings, food and trash under it. Pillows were lumpy, AC buzzed constantly.

Customer service.
One of the front desk workers (female) was extremely slow check us in and doing basic tasks such as checking us out when we purchased a bottle water. It’s as if she never used a computer before. There was 2 other men who worked the front seat who were quick and knew what they were doing. The cleaning staff was also quite rude when asked for items or to empty the trash they would scoff and roll their eyes.
Breakfast
Other than the unknown of when breakfast will end each employee had a different time 9:30-10:30? It was quite basic but perfect, included bagels danish, muffins, toast, various teas, juices, coffee, milk, waffles, yogurt, oatmeal and fruit (apples&oranges)
Personal notes
We had initially booked for 2 days and extended (rebooking though hotels.com app) and the receptionist (male) was great with us allowing us to keep our same room and with no hassle with the deposit which I should mention was $150 and was not mentioned in our initial booking.
WiFi
The WiFi is by far the worst I have ever experience it would randomly disconnect you or wouldn’t work at all.

Very comfortable and spacious rooms. The employees were very nice.
