The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. They acted like we were bothering them to check in. I had requested and again been told on the phone they would accommodate my request of two rooms on the bottom floor. Instead, they gave me one room on the 2nd floor and one room on the 3rd floor. When I expressed my concern they basically said too bad even though I had confirmed on the phone 4 hours earlier that my request would be honored. Very unacceptable. We won't be back.

Family trip

The room was ok. I found a cockroach in the bathroom. The beds were not comfortable at all. They were very springy. The TV remote did not work. The volume button and the on and off button didn't work. I got a message saying that I had to call the front desk to update it.The staff was very nice, though.The rooms had a microwave and mini fridge which was a plus

Disappointed

The staff was excellent condition of the hotel was bad ….bad mattresses, bad TV dirty microwave dirty rooms I even found a roach in the restroom Besides the staff which the reception lady was very nice, but I don’t think I will be staying there again very disappointed for the money we spent

Room was dirty, mattress was stained horribly and sofa had wrappers on it from previous guest. Bed headboard was oily dirt

Too many problems

Outside of hotel looks nice. Inside was a mess. Room keys didn’t open 3 times and manager had to come help open door. Apparently, the electronic door lock system is often low on batteries. Blonde hair on the sheets of the bed. Remote was missing from room. Ice machine and pool wasn’t working.
