Doesn’t light up your life!
Posted Oct. 6, 2024 on HotelsThe bathroom lighting was extremely poor. We were there for a wedding and got ready with poor lighting. It was awful. My sister who was in another room had no mirrors in the room. We had to go out to buy mirrors. Not sure if we would come back to this hotel.

Yes, our rooms with shared bathrooms don't have mirrors in the room, but the two bathrooms available for each guest with a shared bathroom, have mirrors and windows and great lighting. The hotel is super nice and very high-quality, My wife had some concerns about a shared bathroom, but it really wasn’t a bad deal at all. Bathrooms are really nice and upgraded. Super nice place!

Hi Austin Lee,We are so happy you had a lovely time and liked our place. Remember, only 4 of our 15 rooms share bathrooms. All others have private baths, two-person jetted tubs, vast walk-in showers. Maybe for next time? We can't wait.

Dubious security provided for bicycles not allowed in rooms. Bike parking area was in full view and access to passersby.

Clean. Manager responsive to request. Very noisy. Difficult walk from ferry terminal.

Cute place in a good location of town; however, we were on the 3rd floor backside facing a parking lot. Loading noise started at 7am both mornings!

We hope you had a lovely time on our beautiful island in your top floor suite with harbor view of cute Friday Harbor.Yes, there is street parking only around our hotel. It's metered during the day, but not after 5:00pm, with free, unmetered parking just a block away of our tiny, walkable town. We sent this information along with your confirmation letter and check-in instructions. I'm so sorry it was problematic for you. Next time please reach out while you are staying with us, so we may give you other parking options, or maybe stay with us at our sister hotel, which offers free, off-street parking. We can't wait!

I thought this place was really cute. We booked it super last minute for a busy weekend, so we got a room without a bathroom and had to use the shared bathrooms. But it worked out well. I never had to wait. Everything was so nice. I loved the bathrobes too. I have two tiny complaints. One would be the pillows were too big and poofy. Way too thick for me to be comfortable. Some slim pillow options would be nice. And the sheets smelled like bleach.
