The hotel was super quiet with lovely staff and breakfast. Plus as a tourist you can get a free "Echt Bodensee Ticket" which allows your to ride the buses free of charge. Bus station at the hotel, line 5 brings you straight to the city center and harbor.

The room was cleaned 2 times during 10 day stay. The hotel was advertised to have laundry on premises, the nearest laundromat is 20 minutes drive. No restaurants within walking distance. Had to request fresh towels, toilet paper and such daily. Had to take out my trash myself. Left earlier than planned but they still charged me for the days I was no longer there. A very disappointing experience overall. The only two good things about this hotel are: comfortable beds and tasty breakfast.

We also couldn't find any website where we advertise this service. Please let us know which website you found this false information, so we can remove it.There are 2 restaurants in walking distance from our hotel. One is 5 minutes and the other one about 15 minutes away from the hotel. Did you ask for help at the reception? Our team would help you also to book a table for you in the restaurant.For the reason of sustainability we clean the rooms after every third day. But in case our guest need room cleaning on a daily base we also provide this after request. The same goes for the towels, trash, etc. There should also be a note with this information in your room.It seems like there wasn't enough communication during your stay in our hotel. We are happy to help our guests in any matter. But to provide help we need to know about the issues during the stay.If you visit us again, please let us know about your problems you face during your stay. Great staff ...gave 4 as had scaffolding outside ...didnt effect our stay but was not mentioned at tge time of booking ...hotel looks and feels very new inside
