Amazing stay in beautiful setting
Publié le 9 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe were an extended family- from late seventies tk babies and all in between. The villa/casa rural was absolutely amazing. The views of the surroundings and Frigiliana town are incredible. Emilia made sure we had arrived safely, touched base to let us know there was a town festival whilst there - so to show our reservation to be let through and for recommendation on which acts and actvities to participate in.
The house has tons of space for sleeping, relaxing and socialising. Bedrooms across three areas, pool, bbq, ping pong table and garden.
Some have commented on the steep roads to get there- yes it is curvy- you are in a mountain area-but everyone drives carefully and respectfully.
Emilia was an amazing host - great recommendations on where to eat, shop, sites and beaches to visit. We would love to go back some day

Fantastic villa with great pool and beautiful view
Publié le 25 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a lovely stay in this villa close to Frigiliana. Emilia was a great host and very responsive to any questions. The view from the terrace over Frigilana is beautiful and the 10x5m pool is amazing! Nerja is well worth a visit, the beaches are around a 20-30min drive away depending on traffic.

Emilia(propietaria) muy agradable y atenta para todo lo que se necesita
La casa está muy bien equipada y permite pasar unos días de descanso muy agradables

Clean, lots of space, great pool.
Not ideal if you plan on going out of the Villa much as the location is high in the mountains so if you are a nervous driver already don’t drive. Cabs are not happy to collect from the villa so will drop you as close as possible which can be tricky if you have children, bags etc. our transfer from the airport was a mini bus and wouldn’t take us all the way. We had a 15 minute walk with 4 children ( 2 in pushchairs ) plus 10 suitcases up and down steep roads in the heat. Once at the Villa it was a lovely holiday. I would recommend if you are looking for a peaceful safe week in a villa and do not plan many outings. :)

Thank you very much Chloe for your assessment, I am sorry for the inconvenience of the airport taxis, which only want to circulate on the main roads, but the Frigiliana Taxi ,if they do.
I m understand you , The truth is that if you do not want a complete withdrawal, it is necessary to have some vehicles, especially when there are small children, so that the stay in our house is more comfortable.
I hope the good memories remain.

tolle Villa mit Pool und BBQ
Publié le 12 oct. 2019 sur HomeAwaySehr schöne Anlage in den Bergen mit mehreren abgetrennten Wohneinheiten neben der Hauptwohnung. Sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Toller Pool und sehr schöne BBQ-Ecke. Emilia ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin und kümmert sich unmittelbar um offene Fragen.

70 years anniversary with the family
Publié le 28 sept. 2019 sur HomeAwayThe property and its surroundings were perfect for us - 7 adults and 3 girls from 1 to 3 years of age. As the temperature in late September is quite nice in southern Spain, the gathering places outside are important. They were all perfect - the pool, the grill-place etc. And the view towards the beautiful small town, Frigiliana and the nearby mountains as well. The cleaning of the whole property could not have been done better upon arrival, and the hostess made us really feel welcome. It was a great stay for all of us.
