Was very mislead. Not water front whatsoever, definitely don’t have the “whole house” to yourself as they state. Walk to the beach was 45 minutes. Fairly clean except for mold on the shower curtain. Definitely not worth the money.

Awful odor

The smell of urine in this house was unbearable. The sofa was covered with stains. I couldn't stay in the house so we had to book a nearby motel.

Great spot

This was my first visit home for an extended visit in 20-ish years, It was a great spot. I loved having different people staying upstairs made new friends :-)… Was not on the beach, but was definitely close enough to the beach and the convenience store was right next-door To be honest since I grew up a mile down the road I felt like I had come home. I would definitely stay here again had plenty of room for Company inside and a picnic table outside That was nice to sit at for a few drinks in the evening. Since the top and bottom floor are usually rented two different people take advantage of the chance to make new friends :-)

Not clean

This home was not clean upon arrival. I was told the property manager would be in touch. They have not reached out.

Deceptive Pricing

Listed at 75 dollars a night, I know there would be some add ons, but adding 60 more dollars a night is silly. The cabinets, counters & appliances are quite old and need updating. The unit while very clean but definitely had a musty odor. The flooring was new LVT so that was nice. All told we only slept there and had breakfast since our in-laws have a house in Frisco.

Nice property, overall good stay

Interior is fairly nice, many new features, comfortable and clean. Very difficult to find at night, small sign by road would be helpful.

Perfect size for two. Really liked the location and the layout of the living space. On-line description was accurate
