Little Gem of a hotel in Frome

We stayed here for one night. Friendly staff. Comfortable room. Great choice of breakfast. Also we had Sunday lunch here which was one of the best we have had. Lovely soft towels. Used secure parking which was very handy.

The room was overlooking bins and main street bus stop. Noisy in the middle of the night with plastic pallets being dragged down the alley and loaded onto a truck. No control over heating so windows had to stay open. Paintwork peeling in bathroom, bathroom smelt of damp. Blind in bedroom window was frayed and broken. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good.
