Great bike trip to Fruita!
Publié le 12 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe’ve stayed here now two years in a row for our annual bike trip. The property is in the perfect location, spacious and clean. We had a great time! It had everything we needed and a great backyard space to enjoy. We will be back next year!

Perfect getaway house for a small family
Publié le 20 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe were in town for our son's wedding, and this house was absolutely perfect, both inside and out. It's charming, with a spacious living area that opens up to a very large backyard that we definitely took advantage of to relax with a glass of wine, and play some ping-pong too. I hope to return soon!

Mountain biking trip

Great for a family
Publié le 30 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayWe really enjoyed the backyard along with its dart board and ping pong table. The gathering area was great for our group. Only negative would be the small 4th bedroom that only had access through the 3rd bedroom. Would work great for a group of children or parents with young children but made the 4 bedrooms a little difficult for us. Thanks for the great place to stay while we enjoyed Fruita with our family!
