First time at a ryokan.
It was very fun to be so pampered and taken care of. As soon as we arrived, the staff were there ready to pamper us. One of the ladies spoke English, and was very helpful in navigating our first stay at a Ryokan. Dinner was very fun. The onsens were an exciting new experience as well. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

概ね満足だったが、階段の角の埃が多かった。我々の到着までオフだったのか、エアコンが効いていなく部屋がしばらく暑かった。 ワイン用のプリペイドカードに付いて、使い残しは払い戻さない点の事前説明が無かった。その上カードは返却させられた。

風呂が狭い、食事は良い
