I'm sorry to hear that you didn't fully enjoyed your time with us. I understand that you probably were unfamiliar with our concept and may have been expecting more regular cleaning services based on your personal preferences or previous experiences with other sorts of accommodation. We are a sustainability-oriented serviced apartment complex. The apartments are cleaned every 7 days because we strive to reduce our water usage and environmental impact. Fuerteventura is the driest island in our archipelago and we have an ethical responsibility to contribute to preserving the scarce and valuable hydric resources of the land we live in. This cleaning system is also perfect for guests who value their moments of privacy and do not want to be disturbed by daily housekeeping. We always inform our guests about our services on arrival. Also, a complete description of our sustainability policies and all services is available on our website. This information has been shared with all tour operators and agencies selling stays in Buendía. We will review the Hotels.com website to check if there is any missing information or way to make it clearer.The cleaning includes towel and bed sheet changes. The stays of less than 8 nights don't have the cleaning included, but Buendía's concept gives the freedom to the guest to include extra cleaning services or just an extra towel/bed sheet change for a little supplement. Part of our revenue is used to promote sustainable actions on the island and support local NGOs. The departure cleaning is always included and a cleaning kit is available in the apartment for those guests who prefer to perform their cleaning. Also, there is self-service laundry available in the complex.I will review your comments about the restaurant's closing time with the manager.
