Maison magnifique

La maison est très bien située, avant dernière d'une impasse, au calme. L'organisation en carré autour d'un patio est très sympathique et pratique car chaque chambre a ainsi un accès vers l'extérieur. L'existence de tous ces petits endroits, piscine, fauteuils devant les chambres, salon extérieur abrité sous un toit, permettent à chacun de se faire son petit coin. Les pièces sont spacieuses. La piscine est chaude et agréable. Le jardin est très bien entretenu et l'on peut donc y observer plein d'espèces de cactus, de fleurs et plantes. Lajares a une situation centrale, accès aux plages de Corralejo ou d'El Cotillo, accès en 10 minutes aux excellents restos d'El Cotillo et il y a les commerces nécessaires à Lajares. Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances et nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour un séjour sur cette île au climat agréable et aux plages magnifiques.

Very quiet location.

Excellent villa. Kitchen well equipped. Enjoyed the pool. Little things could have easily been better. The soap dispenser in the main bedroom was nearly empty, there was no towel in the separate toilet. This wasn't a problem for us as there were only 2 of us. Disappointed that the description says..."Complementary drink and snacks are also provided on arrival in addition to a selection of toiletries in each bathroom." We did not have any complementary drinks or food. The bathrooms only had hand soap provided. Also the description says..."..secluded from busy roads and neighbours..." Yes the road is very quiet, but from the seats outside the main bedroom you can see the road and we saw skateboarders going past. Also the wall at the bottom of the garden is low and a neighbour was seen walking up and down right by the wall on his phone. It is quiet, but not secluded. The gardener arrived unexpectedly.

Super House in a Great Region

The house is as great as the photos suggest. There is always a place available to chill: In the sun, without sun, without wind, under a roof, in the morning sun, … We drove across the island, and every time we concluded: This is the best region to stay

Fantastic villa

Lovely villa in a large plot. The villa is spacious, good layout with everything you need. The location is perfect with privacy, shops and restaurants nearby, and just being able to walk out to the volcano.

Great stay

We stayed in this villa the 2 last weeks of Oct. It was honestly a great stay in a beautiful villa: tranquil, no traffic at all, also no quads racing around or howling dogs during nights like we once had in El Roque. This villa has all the required amenities and more. In the beginning, the circulation pump of the pool made a lot of noise, in a way that we could not sit outside. We informed the owner about this - he made the necessary arrangements to replace it by a new one which is quieter. Working point: the dishwasher has seen better days but this didn’t bother us much.

Lovely property

We had a few issues the first couple of days, as there was no water. This was nothing to do with the villa, as there was issues in the village. We have stayed at this villa multiple times and love it. I would highly recommend this villa for anyone that wants quiet, luxury and privacy.

Stayed for a month !

This was our second stay at this lovely villa. We stayed for a month and we did not want to go home ! It is a spacious villa and brilliant outside space with comfortable chairs to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the fantastic sunsets. We did eat in quite a bit as the quality and price of fresh food and wine available at the local supermarket was outstanding. Just a lovely villa and fantastic pool to have lovely memories of.
