Villa agréable et bien située
Publié le 22 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayLa villa est conforme au descriptif, au calme (proche de l'aéroport mais le trafic n'est pas trop gênant) et bien située (nécessité d'avoir une voiture quand même). Piscine et terrasse agréables, équipement cuisine correct, bonne literie.

Publié le 15 sept. 2019 sur HomeAwayLa villa est telle que sur les photos. Elle est très bien équipée au niveau de la cuisine.
Toutefois quelques points négatifs :
L'eau de la piscine est trouble. La pompe ne doit pas fonctionner suffisamment.
Sur les conseils de la propriétaire, nous avons payé le supplément pour que la piscine soit chauffée. Elle était bien chaude mais nous n'avons jamais entendu le chauffage fonctionner. La semaine suivante nous avons loué une autre villa sans chauffage et l'eau était encore plus chaude. Je pense qu'il est donc inutile de payer ce supplément en été.
Le wifi est en supplément .
Le centre commercial est bien à 10-15 mn à pied (supermarché, quelques boutiques, bowling, ...) mais si vous souhaitez aller au cœur de l'animation (restaurants et marina) il faut compter 25 mn à pied.
Il manque des rideaux occultants dans les chambres.
Il n'y a qu'un seul parasol sur la terrasse. La terrasse étant au soleil il est très compliqué de déjeuner à l'ombre (3 ou 4 personnes seulement sont abritées du soleil).
La terrasse est très venteuse et le soir quand le soleil se couche il fait frais.
Mais le gros point négatif est la pression d'eau. Les 2 premiers jours nous n'avions qu'un filet d'eau qui s'écoulait des robinets. Le gérant est intervenu et ça allait un peu mieux mais il est impossible de se servir des 2 salles de bain en même temps. Si un robinet coule ou une chasse d'eau fonctionne, on ne peut plus rien faire dans l'autre salle de bain ou la cuisine. C'est très gênant car la maison est conçue pour accueillir 8 personnes mais on ne peut se doucher qu'un à la fois.
Je pense donc qu'on peut trouver mieux à ce prix et ne conseille pas cette location.

TRES AGREABLE

et nous avons eu la chance que les villas voisines n étaient pas occupées nous étions vraiment au calme.
c était la première fois que nous venions aux Canaries en espérant y retourner.

The outside space is just great! We had the pool heated so we could use it at any time and enjoyed the pool table too. We would definitely recommend this villa.

Publié le 6 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayProperty is OK but could use some updating. En suite shower slide held with string and crack in tray fixed with silicone. Large amounts of dust on ceiling fan blades which need cleaning off, paint flaking on internal walls too. There have been some exterior updates like new tiles around pool , but pool edges need repaint to complete the look , biggest issue was I received email from owner half way through my stay to state the pool heat had been left on in error and he had just noticed the mail he wanted to send me some weeks back had not sent , then tried to charge me for pool heat , I did reply to say I was not paying as I did not request the pool heated and asked if it could be turned off immediately. Owner then conceded as the issue was there fault they would not charge but it did feel a bit like trying to get additional money for something not requested.
This and the location on the development (furthest point from town) means I would not rent again.

Hi David, I can't tell you how sad I am to get this review and surprised because regarding the pool heating that is not what happened at all. My guest's holiday is always my priority hence so many 5 star reviews. I sent you an email to say it was my mistake for not checking with you before you arrived about pool heating and whether you were happy to pay for the service. Despite your reply the day before your departure saying you didn’t want it and I could turn it off. I emailed you back to say that I wasn't going to turn it off as it was my fault for not contacting you before you arrived and for that reason it was ON ME. So that really wasn't fair to say that especially as you made full use of the pool being lovely and warm. I have been to look at the ceiling fans. The fans are totally clean and free of dust and the managers tell me they are wiped after every guest without fail however although clean they do look a little grubby on the edges and I will get this resolved you are right it doesnt look great.
The Managers explained that the previous guests dropped a heavy bottle in the new shower base and cracked it which has caused water to slightly leak, the flakey paint is due to the water leak. This is of course is one of those things out of our control and will be replaced and repaired when we have a gap of a few days.
Again, it is a real shame that you didn’t message me or the managers with any of your upsets while you were here as we could have easily resolved them.

Relax and recharge
Publié le 8 août 2024 sur HomeAwaySpent a wonderful two weeks in the villa. Quiet space to relax and definitely enjoyed the pool to help us all cool down. The outdoor space was fabulous and there was plenty of room inside for us.
Villa is located in a lovely residential area with a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. We explored the island easily as the villa is centrally positioned to venture north and south.restaurants.

Publié le 22 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe have been visiting caleta for the past ten years; always in villas. This is one of the best villas we've stayed in by far. The outside is spacious and spot on to the pictures. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment. We dont hire a car but your a shortish walk to the atlantico or the taxis are very quick to come. Literally call as your ready to leave, fares are under 5 euro to go into the town. Best restaurant by far was El Patio
Communication was very good all the way through. Hoping to visit again soon

Simply amazing
Publié le 26 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayJust come home from an amazing, relaxing week in this incredible villa. How anyone can give less than a 10/10 review amazes me. Great communication with the owner and the property manager. Simple check in on arrival and got shown round the villa. Then was told to get in touch if any issues and we were left to enjoy our holiday. The villa was spotlessly clean, and had everything you could possibly need. A very good folder left with plenty information on the local area if this is your first visit. Located in a very quiet area yet just a couple of minutes drive to the shopping areas. Would say a car is necessary to save on taxis but cars are cheap to rent for the week. The pool is simply incredible, clean and well maintained. The pool table is also a nice extra to while away an afternoon in the sun although we didn’t like using it too much in case the noise disturbed our neighbours. All in all an amazing property that we have already looked into rebooking for next year.
