too expensive, remote and not customer oriented
Publié le 1 sept. 2019 sur HotelsRemote hotel in the middle of nowhere. No restaurant or kombini around. Shuttle service is too rigid, too scarce and with too limited seats. A nightmare for a family. They are not customer oriented. They claimed we had not returned the room key whereas we had given it in hands to the desk employee. We do not recommend this hotel. This has been our worst stay in Japan during our 2 weeks trip.

Thank you for your stay. Also, we are sorry for inconvenience about many things. However, the information about shuttle service is written in our message. It is " if the shuttle is fully booked, we are sorry to tell you that you need to come to the hostel by yourself.". We hoped every guest read and understand this message.

Séjour agréable et convivial

La chambre propre,spacieuse et lumineuse
L'hôte propose des dîners en groupe pour un très bon prix et nous avions passé une très bonne soirée.
Le bâtiment est idéalement situé près d’un site pour une vu sur le mont Fuji
