Rather old hotel with a "musty smell" throughout. In need of renovations or at least a refresher and need to find the source of the persistent smell. Staff very nice and willing to help. Breakfast ok but was limited to one cup of coffee rather shocked when told I could not have a second cup not even offered to pay extra. Room is good size and comfortable. Towels are child size and thread bear need hotel level towel size and weight. Convenient to park and view is great with a nice view of Mr Fuji.

A very comfortable and welcoming stay with gorgeous views of the lake. The staff were warm and very helpful.
The bath was an amazing experience.
Definitely recommend as a quiet getaway from the busy cities.
