I was very surprising that the receptionist advised that a 9-year old boy was an adult. Though he agree that they would not charge more this time, I had doubts about this.

Good location and adequate hotel
We stayed for 2 nights at this location. The hotel room was not too large but not small according to Japanese standards. It felt pretty clean. We got 2 beds. They are put together which is fine. Theres a little sitting area and a table. Theres enough room for luggage and belongings. There is no closet but there are places to hang belongings. Beds were pretty comfortable. I loved the location of the hotel. I loved that it was in between Tenjin and Canal city. Theres a lot of small restaurants near here and a 24 hour supermarket as well. I used the onsen facilities and it felt pretty clean. Theres only 1 onsen but when we went there was no one there so it felt huge. Overall I would recommend a stay here.

Great room. Shower is excellent and the cleaner gave fresh sheets, pajamas and slippers daily. Had a spillage on bed and was cleaned by cleaner with no issue which I am grateful for.

It takes around 15-20mins walk to Tenjin Station. Ramen and coffee place around, location is decent. The hotel room is neat, not very spacious. Special thanks to the kind staff lady, help us to arrange taxi to airport.

Location is great. 7-8 mins walk to Tenjin Station. Near to Canal City. Plenty of small restaurants near the hotel so you won’t go hungry. The room is considered big by Japanese standard. Wish they could give us international sized pillows. The pillows are small. Got a neck ache after sleeping in them for a few nights😅 Otherwise everything was nice! Bought breakfast. It was simple and decent for the price. Thank you!

Good hotel, would come back again!
It was a great stay. Hotel is located within walking distance from train station, surrounded with good food and malls. The customer service was great. The slight down side was the small room size.
