Really enjoyed our stay and location was perfect for us with 6am arrival/departure on the Shinkansen at Hakata Station. Just a short walk especially the early train back to Osaka made it very convenient.

Roomy bathroom and exceptional service
We extended our stay an additional 2 days without any problems, staff at the front desk made the arrangements over the phone, we were able to stay in the same room as requested. The hotel is in the perfect location and roomier than other hotels I’ve stayed in especially the bathroom!

the public bath facility is a bit disappointing, the temperature of water is not warm enough, it's not as close to JR Hakata but walkable distance,

Our favourite thing about mitsui garden was the roof top onsen. Everything was so clean, ambiance was beautiful, loved that we had the option to be outside, the steam room was a bonus, and the products provided was lovely as well. Both my boyfriend and I could've stayed way longer. We wished there was a private onsen option to book. The check in and out was seamless. The room was pretty standard and clean. We had a double room and had a view of a cemetery. Staff here was so nice and helpful. Anything we needed help with they were able to assist. We would definitely book again because of the staff and onsen.
