Great location plus clean, comfortable house
Publié le 5 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe were visiting Disneyland for 3 days and I booked our stay here. Great location in the Fullerton/Brea area. It was a short 14 min drive to Disneyland with zero traffic.
The rooms were clean, bathroom clean and host was great and accommodating. I highly recommend staying here.

Publié le 1 août 2023 sur HomeAwayThe owner of the house, she lives there in the house, and there’s no kitchen and not enough space for six people, and she puts it can stay 8 people, that’s the worst thing I seen and house or apartment I don’t know how to call that,, not recommended for people want to enjoy……

Hi Rosa. Although the rental is listed to just have a kitchenette, I put 2 electric burners, toaster, microwave, crock pot etc. in there as an added convenience for those who decide to cook. The rental is also listed as a 2 bedroom apartment suite with additional sofa sleeper in the living room, suited for up to 6 people. Maybe you confused my listing with someone else’s? I also mention in the listing that I put the wooden barn style door in the house to block off our space with a picture so that you have complete privacy and no shared space other than the yard (just as an apartment suite would have). I am actually putting new cabinets, full size fridge and sink in there soon and always looking to improve things for guests. I do have to say though, it is unfortunate that your review and expectations were not based on my actual listing. I do my best to make guests comfortable, happy and always looking to improve on things. Thanks for staying.

Publié le 23 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayWe greatly appreciated having a separate entrance to our rental property. Compared to a hotel room the two bedroom-one bath, living room and small kitchenette property was less expensive and afforded more room for our stay. The housing for the owner of the property was attached to our rental property, separated only by a "barn style" door at he end of a hallway. Throughout our stay we could hear very loud conversations between the owner and another person. This proved to be very distracting. There were lawn mowing sounds early in the morning(around 7 or 8 am) and sawing or cutting noises; as well as her pets in the back yard trying to enter our rental when we were leaving or returning. Our host did have several good amenities - like a coffee maker, a hot water heater with items to make tea, a small refrigerator, in addition to a separate refrigerator with soft drinks and snacks there; although we had to buy them if we wanted them.
When we requested additional face towels the hostess responded to our request very quickly.

Great spot to go to Disney
