Overcharged by $500, won’t address the bill
To start the staff on site were fantastic! The problems came with the bill, I was charged $500 for smoking in the room, we don’t smoke so I tried calling the desk but there’s no direct line, I finally talked to someone at Hyatt and they explained the bill I explained not smoking she said I’ll investigate. Perfect, next two days I get a voicemail and email explaining the charge. They had been told we don’t smoke but so far they’ve ghosted me. I’ve emailed and called left messages but nobody has responded. Super sad cause $500 isn’t something I can just toss away. Equally as sad nobody has addressed this.

Comfortable and close to attractions
Overall a decent hotel! It was comfortable, clean and had enough amenities to be worth it. It was also next to a Sprouts so we could get some necessities. Also close enough to uber to attractions that didn't cost us a fortune. I'd stay here again just for the convenience of the place. But it is literally in the same parking lot of another hotel so it can be confusing for uber drivers when picking you up or dropping you off.
