called owner to ask a question but never got a call back.

Disneyland Vacation

Cute and Safe place for Family

The nicest place I have to call home.
Publié le 19 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayAs soon as I walk in I saw a home and was very pleased because they had things we forgot. We left a few non perishable items and hope they will help someone else. I tired my sister and her kids out with disneyland. I really you as owner this vacation was incredible and thankyou. We have already thinking about another vacation next summer. I will let you know and thanks again.

Dirty house
Publié le 10 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayAlthough we were allowed to check in early, which we were grateful for, the house was dirty and the AC didn’t function properly and then the property owner tried to charge us extra saying one of the comforters was torn up, which was FALSE!!!

This guest bring her pets without notice and her pets damaged our comforter. I've sent her all the evidence and explain to her. However,she chose not to do further communication but gave us a FALSE review to damage our business! Our house is very clean.I texted her on the day they were check in to see if everything ok, she replied house is nice and clean . Our A/C unit just replaced less than a week, it's a brand new one. LA had a record high temperature in past two weeks.

Great location but needs cleaning
Publié le 26 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThe proximity to Disneyland and my relatives was perfect. The house was spacious in a quiet neighborhood. It could use some updates to its ventilation system. Vents and fans were very dusty. The house could use a deep clean. Backyard was full of dead leaves on the ground. I thought it lacked some kitchen and cleaning necessities.m. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Thanks for choosing us. We have three big avocado trees in our backyard, our gardner come every thursday which is just right after you check in and right before you check out. We also replaced our A/C units too.

Great stay, recommend to all
Publié le 8 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayHome was as advertised. Our family of 7 enjoyed staying here and the proximity to Disneyland. Home could have used a nice deep clean but was not a dealbreaker. We initially had an issue with the AC not cooling but messaged the property manager and the issue was resolved by the time our family got home from dinner. Would highly recommend and would book again
