This is the first review I have left for anything. I checked in to the hotel at 3 and walking to the room it was dim, smelled bad and there was exposed wood in the hallways so I was already hesitant about the place. Once I got to the room and observed mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and by the air vents, stains and tears on the sheets, and it had musky smell in the room. I went to the front desk for a refund and to check out at about 330pm, 30mins after check in. They said I had to request a refund through Expedia and after back and forths with Expedia they said they had to contact the hotel to see if they would honor a refund. Surprise, no refund because the hotel with the moldy rooms wouldn’t honor it, because they adhere to their “cancellation policy”. If there was an option to leave pictures, I would.

I apologize that our front desk agent did not offer to move you to a different room to try and make up for the error that was made with the room that you were provided. Our front desk agent has been trained on our hotels policy and what can be offered when it comes to third party reservations. We hope that you will reconsider giving us another opportunity to properly host you in the future once our renovations have been completed. The staff was friendly and the room was very nice and clean They were in the middle of remodeling so there was alot of boxes, workers, etc around

Even though the hotel was doing some remodeling, we weren't inconvenienced in any way. We will be back next year.

The staff was friendly, the hotel was pleasant, the parking was convenient, there was easy access to dining and shopping and the breakfast was tasty!

My room was clean and comfortable. Having a very clean bathroom is a must for me and this one did not disappoint. The included breakfast was better than nothing, could use some improvements; however the coffee was delicious.

Not to happy for the price.

Hotel was under renovation, they give a a room on second floor, really dirty with broken furniture, smell bad, I have to come to front desk and ask for an other room, they give me a room on third floor, under renovation unfinished, it was better then one on second floor.
