The living environment and facilities inside the house are excellent. Clean and spacious. However the reception service is far from satisfaction. The staff only came for open the door and expected u to explore the house by yourself, including the checkout arrangement.😅

広いキッチンもあり、子どもさんのいるファミリーや、もしかしたら２世帯くらいで利用してもいいかもしれません。
私たちは富良野の町のレストランを探しましたが、あまり多くはなく、良さげなお店は埋まっていたりして少し苦労しました。
ご当地の食材を買ってきて、自分たちで料理して食べるような楽しみ方もいいかもしれないなと思いました。
自宅のような広いスペースで、まさに暮らすように泊まれるタイプの宿泊施設でした。何泊もしたいなと思いました。

民宿職員有主動查詢到達時間，但我有註明4點半到達，也準時到達，也沒有人接待，另外，由於我們是外國人，不懂入日文地址，一般情況入電話號碼可以直接出現地址，但他們的電話號並沒有顯示，短訊查詢也不獲回覆。另外，職員也沒有告之checkout安排，到checkout時也沒有職員，職員似乎不太懂表達，久經瞭解才知道鎖匙只需放在民宿內，如果之前checkin時多作瞭解，可以節省大家時間。

Nice and well equipped chalet

A great family stay
