實在是很老舊的飯店, 房間老舊又有異味, 唯一是早餐還可以

air condition is out of order, even reallocated to another room, the situation is still no improved

Unfriendly front desk staff. Check -in took more than 30 minutes. The room's air conditioner was broken and when we ask to change the room, the attendant argued. In the end, they switched us to a smaller room. The room smell like old cigarettes although we asked for a non-smoking room. This is not a 5-star hotel as advertised. It should be, at a maximum, 2-star hotel. Room very dated with old furnitures and only one plug in the room. As for breakfast, I don't expect much as other people have already commented on them.
