We had a lovely welcome from the owner Pam, so friendly! She showed us our room and how everything worked and also gave us information about where to go for dinner. The pool looked a little cloudy but I think this would be down to the heavy thunderstorms that Gaborone was receiving. Probably not the best if you don't have your own transport - not a problem for us! Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The guesthouse is located in a good area. Two things really bothered us: a) internet not available in the room and 2) the recepcionist had a bad attitude and seemed not wiling to give us any information about the town. We have visited 70 countries so far and we have never met a recepcionist who told us that there were almost nothing to do around. I think the owner should consider replacing Pam for somebody more friendly.

Billigt för en natt el max två.

Slitet men hyfsat rent o billigt. Liten innergård m liten pool. Trång parkering då man av personalen tvingades köra in genom deras grind för att stå säkert. Frukost skulle tydligen ha förbokats vilket det inte stod annat om än att det kostade extra. Gick ej att fixa för oss ens efter andra natten.

They cancelled my pre-paid reservation

O booked this place through Expedia (there was availability, otherwise, I couldn't have booked) and paid for it in advance. When I got to the place I was told there were no rooms available, even though I had a confirmation in my e-mail. The lady (polite but unhelpful) stated that if I didn't get an e-mail directly from the hotel confirming my booking, then it was never confirmed. I guess they are not aware how Expedia sales works. Specially once I paid for my stay! They never even bothered to send me an e-mail prior to my arrival to tell me about the availability problem so I could find some other place to stay. I only found out there were no rooms once I arrived to check-in and had to go wandering to find another place.

便利な立地ですが、虫が多すぎます。

スーパーから近いので便利です。閑静な住宅街の中にあります。プールが目の前にありお部屋は広くベッドも快適です。冷蔵庫がありそれも良かったです。 ただ蚊や虫が多く、ゴキブリも出ました。プール付きのお庭が目の前なので仕方ないとも思いますが。 停電したため、朝食が食べれず、クーラーが途中で切れました。
