Great stay
Publié le 24 sept. 2024 sur HotelsRoom was cute, clean, comfortable. There is no one on site to check you in. You call a number posted on a building, that was a little odd but we figured it out.

Very nice and clean. I enjoyed my stay with my family. Nice getaway and very friendly area. I recommend staying at this lodge.

Beautiful property cabin and suite was lovely the town of wellsboro was nearby for dining and shopping and an adorable town

This is our 3rd time staying at Rough Cut Lodge, first time in this suite. We love the quietness of the area. We enjoy the small kitchen with all we could need to make meals while staying there. The rooms are beautiful and have many amenities that make it feel like home. We enjoy being able to stay connected with WIFI and some television to occupy our boys if needed. Michelle is a phenomenal person to work with and talk to about your booking. We have already booked a different suite for January!

No one was there to greet me at hotel, they use electronic check in. No one sent me information on my room number, luckily a housekeeper was there to help me figure it out. Oddly, sheets weren’t included in my room. I had to Venmo $10 for them - this should be included on the listing! Then, when I arrived, there were no sheets on the bed. I was told they’d Venmo me back for the charge - still waiting. The door didn’t open after putting on the code - apparently you had to turn the latch a particular way - would have been nice to have a note about that. Felt like the customer service was nearly nonexistent.
