Posted Sep. 8, 2024 on HomeAwaywe were very happy with Accommodations they were in a wonderful location in order to visit with our relatives only about 10-15 minutes away gorgeous setting nice set up. Only complaint would be the bed was very tall and there was no paper products but other than that it was everything was perfect.

Peaceful and spacious
Posted Jun. 20, 2024 on HomeAwayWe loved the cabin and surrounding areas. Gainesboro is a gem, with surprisingly good dining options for a small town! (And we were very happy To find an organic market).
A couple of things would have made our stay more comfortable. One: the wall AC, located in the living /dining area, was insufficient to cool the bedroom. We tried to cool the hot, stuffy bedroom by opening the back door and window, but unfortunately there was no screen on the sliding door. Two: the pull out couch in the living room was not usable, with springs nearly coming right through the mattress.
I did contact the host about these issues, but have not heard back. A portable AC in the bedroom would make sleeping more comfortable, and a new mattress would make the pull-out couch usable.
Otherwise, We did enjoy our 2 night stay.

Peaceful respite

Perfect little cabin
Posted Oct. 19, 2023 on HomeAwayOur stay here was a wonderful break from the city life. We enjoyed being able to take a break from the normal busy life and relax with no distractions. Waking up to wonderful views and animals was perfect. Anything we needed they were sure to take care of! All around wonderful stay

Perfect Stop On A Long Road Trip

We drove from MN to FL and this VRBO was just what we needed. The animals were such a blast too. Our city kids got to experience the peace and wonder of a farm, cabin, and tech free stay. ❤️
The hosts were very responsive to our needs and the amenities were just as mentioned in the listing.
I'm already working on planning a kidfree, work free, getaway here!
