Also, per our short-term rental permit issued by Hall County, we are allowed to have a maximum capacity of 9 occupants (we advertise accommodations for 8). These rules are strictly enforced and can result in a fine to the homeowner of $500 (may be charged to the guest) if occupancy & noise ordinances are violated
