Decent breakfast. Easy check in staff was friendly. Plenty of places to eat.

Left to drown…
Publié le 6 août 2024 sur HotelsThe stay started out okay. At 11:00 that night we were awakened by a huge leak from the ceiling that was flooding our bathroom. I called the front desk to report it and asked for them to let us know when another room is ready for us to relocate to. We waited 20 minutes, I went to the front desk to see what was going on. The individual I had spoken with had left cause it was the end of his shift. I asked another staff member what room were we being moved to and he didn’t know what I was speaking of. He had to call the other staff member that had left for the night. We were moved to another room that was half cleaned (110)

I was really impressed with the property itself. The staff was super nice and helpful. The rate during the time of last-minute booking because of hurricane Debby really helped my family out a lot. My only recommendation would be to clean the carpets more often in the hallway and in the rooms.
