Customer service was good … very at tentative, respectful and she really explain every detail . I believe she was on trading but she did amazing !

There was no ac had to go down stairs twice to tell them my room was hot, the curtains were falling

We did arrive early to the location and after traveling, I called the Hotel to see if I could check in early the front desk clerk was very helpful and got me checked in,, Thank you to the staff, keep up the good work.
