the staff was very friendly, after we check a couple of rooms, our room clean (others had a lot of smell, very humid) the building is in very bad condition.. dirty and no maintenance at all. we only decided to stay because of how nice was the staff with us.

Near highway, stores and food but dingy. No cleaning in the 4 days we were there ( they claimed every other day) breakfast was toast and frozen waffles... but the staff was friendly bed was comfortable

The exterior of the hotel was very run down, including a broken down vehicle parked in the parking lot. The interior of the room was very dirty and run down. Liquid stains on the bed spread, spots on the sheets, stains on the towels, and stains on the wall in the bathroom. It is apparent that the sheets, bed spreads, and towels are cleaned regularly. Due to the unsanitary conditions of my room, I checked out, cancelled my reservation and went to another hotel.

Very run down, people were tailgating in the parking lot. Litter all over property mostly beer tops.

Worst property I’ve ever stayed at! It was family weekend at UF so options were limited. So it makes it doubly worse that I paid as much as I would pay to stay at a Hilton two nights at this scum bag motel. It was filthy! Floors, bathroom, doors and walls just disgusting. I’ll be working with my credit card to try and retract payment because it was that awful. It’s also three stories and the outside pathways are tipped as if it’s about to fall in a sink hole. The bathroom handle broke so we called and they said maintenance left at 4! Really no one on call to fix a broken toilet?? We had to use a hanger in the back tank because the chain was busted. So absolutely disgusting it should be shut down as health hazard. I’ll be jumping in the shower when I get home and washing every thing including bags that touched the floor. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!
