Bel endroit propre mais Très très très bruyant...nous n'avons presque pas dormi de la nuit...des gens parlaient dans les passage comme dans leur salon !!! De 4hrs a 7:30 le matin !!

Train your front desk they don't know what they are doing. They couldn't find in the reservation and double charged for each room. Need to have your cleaning people clean better. And your signature cookies are a joke your front desk people eat them unless you know about them and ask they don't offer

Decent property but could be cleaner. Common area needed cleaning, floors and elevators. Also Bathroom was dirty, especially shower floor.

We had to wait at the front desk for 15 minutes before we could find anyone to check us into our room. The main area is nice and seems to be newly renovated. The guest rooms need to be updated. There were holes in the ceiling, pieces of wall missing in the bathroom, and the bathroom mirror was damaged.

Horrible stench of Mold. Got switched to another room and it was worse than the first one. I had to check out within a couple of hours of checking in because of breathing difficulties. I want a refund as this hotel is NOT safe!

The hotel staff told me I could extend my hotel stay during the hurricane weekend another day and we could stay in the same rooms. I had booked through a third party, but the person I talk to did not tell me I had to make a new reservations. So the next day I was called about 2pm and was told we had to leave and check out time was at 11. I talked to their GM manager Dan and he said they were booked and there was nothing he could do. He also said that the staff he had worked the night shift would know that I had to make the new reservations. I asked if he could take some off of my days I had already stayed and he said no. They incovenient me and my family so I had to ride around to try to find me and my kids and my parents somewhere to stay because the electricity was off at home in Taylor and we was hit directly by the storm. He did not seem to have no sympathy that one of his workers told me I could extend my stay and stay in the same rooms. I would not recommend this hotel.
