It is directly off of a busy highway making it easy to access although a little bit of noise at night, but ultimately the perfect little house!
Owners were kind and responsive when contacted. Would book again!

Our family vacation trip for nephews wedding.

There was huge cobwebs in both bathroom right across from toilet almost. One chair missing screw. Lots of bugs. A recliner would be helpful for people almost 90 hard for them get up. I don’t mean to complain but true

Picture Perfect Stay
Publié le 28 août 2023 sur HomeAwayCouldn’t have asked for anything better! It was just what we needed!! The host was quick to answer questions for us!!! They have added more seating and there are BIGGER coffee cups too! This shows that they pay attention to the reviews! As for the traffic noise, I played white noise on my phone and it took care of that problem. Should we ever need a place to stay in Gainesville again, this will be the FIRST place we’ll look!!!

Great AC & spacious rooms

Spacious rooms, clean bathrooms, and an attached garage were also highlights. Really appreciate the ground level washer and dryer as well. Property is accurately described and shown in photos.
