It’s right off the interstate, but it was surprisingly quiet.

Stayed during a hurricane. It was full and a bit hectic but the staff was excellent and accommodating . Hotel was clean and modern.even the continental breakfast very pleasant with good food and friendly staff.Took my mind off the stress of the storm totally.

Its just OK

I understand renovations was going on but the shower looked very dirty and fruit flues around the sink. Sofa cover was dirty as well.

Disgusting

There were cockroaches in my room and the only elevator did not work so you had to carry your luggage up the stairwell to your room on check-in and down tge stairwell at check-out. No offer of help from the staff.

Worked for a night- not again

Air conditioner was not working properly, very loud and leaked. Whole hotel could use some refurbishing and fixing.

Roach motel. Infestation.

Cockroach infestation ongoing in this hotel. Have stayed in Florida many times over the years and realise occasional presence of a cockroach can occur even in the best of places. This however was not an occasional roach or the best of locations. Numerous small roaches were coming out the woodwork in the rooms (tried two different ones) and corridors and presumably elsewhere. Staff either feign shock and suprise about the cockroach issue or are disinterested about it. Manager is clearly aware of scale of problem but does not seem to take it seriously. Half-heartdely offered us an insecticdal treatment of room which lasted a few hours at most - in that the several roaches we found afterwards were either dead or dying. But by the next morning the roaches were back in force alive and vigorous. Rooms potentially spacious and nice and when refurbishment is complete this may become a nice hotel. Staff great and - apart from roach issue, seem competent. In the interim though would definitely not recommend or consider staying in this place again.

We do apologize for the bugs in the room, we are taking the issue seriously we did just change to a different pest company the beginning of the month hopefully they can take care of the problem.

Elevator was broken and no lower level rooms available. Reservation was canceled and I’m still waiting on refund.

We do apologize for the inconvenience, even though we cancel your resveration it does take 2 to 5 day to process the refund up your to your bank .
